Consignors earn 60% on their sold items.

Consignors who volunteer at least 4 hours at the event earn 70% on their sold items.

Consignor fee is $10.00 (deducted from check/no up-front fees).

Tag your items with our easy to use online tagging and barcoding system. 

  • YOU set your own price
  • YOU can choose to mark your items  50% off for Half Price Day
  • YOU choose to donate or not donate any unsold items

Consignors who bring 300 items or more are REQUIRED to volunteer at least 2 hours during breakdown.  To earn the 70% you must work an additional 2 hours anytime during the sale.

Be a part of the JBF Community and make YOUR sales event great -- We  can't do it without you!

Sign up on the volunteer schedule and join other Moms and Dads who help at the sale in exchange for a higher percentage on your sold items AND early shopping privileges!

  • Volunteers who complete a total of 4 hours earn 70% on their sold items AND shop early.
  • Volunteers who work the full breakdown shift earn 75% on their sold items AND shop early.
  • Shop early AGAIN at the Saturday night Half Price sale event!

DROP OFF - Before event

Friday, Sept 7th | 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm

When you arrive, please go directly to the Check-in table.

Dropoff Need-To-Knows:

  • Bring a Car Seat Waiver/crib waiver to be signed at check in.
  • Children are welcome to join you during drop off.
     
  • Allow approximately 30 min - 1 hour for drop off. Depends on quantity of items.
     
  • Drop off time will be quicker if you have your clothing items separated by size and gender (rubber-banding sizes together will help prevent them from separating when transporting your clothes to the sale).
     
  • Busiest times are the first and last hours of consignor drop off.
     
  • You will place your items onto the sales floor, once they are inspected.

Helpful Hint:

While your clothing is being inspected this is a great time for you to place baby equipment and other items around the room as signs indicate.

Last Name A - J: 8:01 pm to 8:30 pm
Donations to Charity: 8:45 pm

Items NOT picked up by 8:30 will be donated to the Charity.

We do not allow ANY early pickups. This only complicates the schedule. Breakdown must be complete before anyone is able to leave with their items.

  • Rolling racks are available at the sale to assist you in transporting your clothing items (INSIDE THE BUILDING ONLY). You may want to bring a wagon or other rolling device to assist in loading in your toy items.

Items Accepted / Not Accepted

Items we do NOT accept:

  • ANYTHING RECALLED - check the company's recall list before coming to the sale
  • NO GLASS ITEMS 
  • NO VIDEO GAME SYSTEMS
  • Any mattress larger than infant/toddler
  • No bumper pads for cribs
  • No Breast Pumps
  • Stuffed animals, unless they are battery operated
  • Items with missing batteries, missing buttons, or damaged items
  • Food items (no baby formulas - even if unopened)
  • Children's undergarments (we will accept brand new, and we will accept cloth diapers and clean training pants)
  • Soiled/stained socks (required to look like new)
  • No College Textbooks
  • Spring and summer items at our fall event
  • Fall and winter items at our spring event

Bags & Baby Carriers

We DO NOT accept breast pumps; however, pump accessories are okay to sell.

Diaper bags, infant carriers, backpacks, and purses are great consignment items. Please inspect all items carefully for stains, damage & missing pieces.  Check company recall lists to ensure they have not been recalled.

Package:  Zip-tie items to an adult-size wire or tube hanger.  If item contains multiple pieces, be sure all pieces are included and list number of items on JBF tag description.  

Bedding, Blankets & Textiles

Bedding sizes accepted are bassinet through twin only.

Package:  Put bedding/crib/bedroom sets together in original packaging or in giant clear plastic bags. Arrange bedding sets inside bag so that shoppers can see all of the items as well as the design/pattern. Secure the bag so that items do not get separated. 

Blankets on a hanger sell best!

No bumper pads allowed - not even with sets.

 

Books, Games, DVDs, Arts & Crafts

Books, book sets, board games, puzzles, scrapbook, arts & crafts sets are great items for resale.  Only bring kids’, parenting, homeschooling, pregnancy and child rearing books.

NO rated R videos books or games!  NO college textbooks.

Games and puzzles must have all pieces. 

Package:  Use clear, self-seal bags or clear cling wrap (saran wrap) to hold multiple items together.  Tie sets of books together with ribbon/string or painter's tape. 

Sorting your books on the sales table by genre will help them sell.  

 

 

 

Clothing

We sell children's clothing Newborn through size 14/16 (Junior size items: Abercrombie, Hollister, Roxy, American Eagle, Nike, Volcom, Burton preferred) as well as maternity sizes (limit 15 maternity clothing items per consignor - all seasons accepted for maternity).

No items with stains, tears, missing buttons, loose threads, or damaged items will be accepted. 

Any items that look like "mom's" clothes will be rejected at inspection.

Button all buttons, snap all snaps, zip all zippers before you arrive at drop off. This will ensure that there are no defects in the clothing. The newer the item looks (and the better it smells), the better it will sell.

Hang size 0-5 clothing on child-size hangers and sizes 6-16 and maternity clothing on adult-size hangers. No clothing in ziplocs.

Clothing Sets sell better (under size 6) so match things up if you can.  Safety pin or use a tagging gun to attach clothing sets securely with bottom garment hung on the backside of the shirt, so both pieces can be viewed without separating them.

 

Furniture & Baby Equipment

Check exersaucers, swings, high chairs, changing tables, strollers, bath seats, baby walkers, car seats & car seat accessories for safety recalls BEFORE bringing the item to the sale.

Equipment must have all parts, and be in good condition. Children's furniture - beds (toddler, twin), desks, side tables, dressers, etc. are acceptable for sale  

Package:  If item has multiple pieces use packaging tape, zip-ties, or string to keep items attached together. If wooden furniture has loose parts, use clear plastic wrap to secure item. All furniture and equipment must be assembled during the sale. Batteries must be included, if applicable.

 

Infant Items

Check for safety recalls on all items BEFORE you bring the item to the sale.

Nursing covers & pillows, feeding items, monitors, safety items, diapering & toileting items, rattles, and more.

Package:  If item has multiple pieces use packaging tape, tagging gun, safety pins or clear self-seal bags to keep items attached together and clearly visible to shoppers. Batteries must be included, if applicable.

 

Mommy Mart

MOMMY MART ITEMS CANNOT BE DONATED - YOU MUST PICK UP ANY UNSOLD ITEMS

NO GLASS ITEMS

Household items (decor) that other families will use (no knick knacks). 

You may consign storage solutions (baskets, bin, shelving), furniture (no upholstered items), and kitchen items, utensils, etc.

Package:  If selling multiple pieces together, be sure that all pieces are secured together.

 

Shoes

Make sure that shoes are clean, clean, clean! We will be VERY selective with shoes during Consignor Drop Off & Inspection. 

Shoes must be match the sale season (Spring/Summer or Fall/Winter).

Package: Fasten shoes together with zip ties. For infant shoes or small shoes without laces, put the shoes in a clear ziploc bag.

Toys

Check for safety recalls on all items BEFORE you bring the item to the sale.

Ride-on toys, block sets, dolls, remote control cars, outdoor toys, learning toys, and more.

Clean all toys and baby equipment thoroughly.  Test to make sure that toys and equipment are working properly.

Battery operated toys must include working batteries

Package:  Keeping tags and multiple items attached is essential for your items to sell.  Items must include ALL working parts.

Bag all small parts belonging to toys/equipment in self-seal bags and tape the bag shut with clear packing tape. Fasten the bag securely to the item with ribbon, tape, or zip ties. Items must include ALL working parts.
